Disney+ experienced a steady decline in weekly revenue, starting at around $133K and ending Q1 at approximately $105K. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at about 15K in early January before tapering off to 10K by the end of March. The app's weekly active users saw a general decrease from 346K to 305K over the quarter.
Netflix showed a more dynamic trend in revenue, starting at $18.2K and reaching a high of $26.8K in the last week of February, before settling at $19.8K by the end of March. Downloads decreased from 12.8K at the start of January to around 7.3K at the end of March. Active users saw a decline from 835K to 720K through the quarter.
Lightbox NZ did not generate any revenue but saw varying download numbers, peaking at 9.6K in early February and then decreasing to about 3.2K by the end of March. Active users increased from 48.8K at the beginning of the quarter to 51.8K by the end.
TVNZ+ also did not report any revenue. Downloads remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 4.5K and 6.4K throughout the quarter. Active users were consistent, starting at 23.9K and ending the quarter at 23.6K.
Amazon Prime Video saw its weekly revenue increase from $22.6K at the start of the quarter to a peak of $32.2K at the end of February, before stabilizing around $24.8K by the end of March. Downloads varied, peaking at 6.5K in early February and dropping to 3.7K by the end of March. Active users showed minor fluctuations, starting at 69.4K and ending at 69.4K.
